You caught me! I didn’t make these from scratch. I made them from left over cubed potatoes I made on Saturday. I made way too many and we were tired of left overs…again. So, I spruced them up. Here’s how.
Follow the directions on the package. I have done them in wedges like you see here, but this time I peeled and cut the potatoes into cubes. These are good with hamburgers! My Man loves them.
- left over cubed bacon and chive potatoes
- instant potatoes
No measurements here. This is one you just have to wing it.
How To Make
I realized I wasn’t gonna have enough so I decided to add some instant potatoes. I added water, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, then about 1/4 cup instant potatoes. Mash in with the rest.
I had to add a little more milk to make them creamy like we like them. I also sprinkled in a little more bacon and chive seasoning. Voila!!! Bon Appetit! That’s all the French I know!
