Pizza Balls

Somehow I have misplaced the pictures I took for this recipe! How that happened I have no idea.

Maybe I just thought I took pictures.

No, I know I did, because mine turned out a little browner on top and I know I took a picture of that. Maybe it was just a mental picture.

Maybe I’m just mental!

No!! I know I took pictures!!! UGH!!!

I would make them again and take more pictures, but I’m out of cheese!

Anyway…it’s not that hard to figure out and I borrowed a picture to help you.

Whatcha Need

  • A can or two or three of biscuits. How many you are feeding depends on how many you wanna make.
  • Pepperoni slices- 2 for each ball
  • Cheese cut into small slices. Any flavor will do. 1 for each ball
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Pizza sauce

Putting It All Together

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Preheat oven to 425.

Flatten out the biscuits using your hands.

Place a slice of pepperoni on the biscuit, followed by a cube of cheese, followed by another slice of pepperoni on top of the cheese.

Wrap the biscuit around the pepperoni/cheese stack and place on a greased baking pan seam side down.

Melt butter in a small container in the microwave. Brush on the top of the biscuits.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian Seasoning.

Bake for about 18-20 minutes. If this isn’t enough, lower pan to a lower rack and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Lower them helps to keep the top from getting too brown.

When done, dip into the pizza sauce, or not, and enjoy!
