Many moons ago, I was a part of a women’s Bible study. I miss that. Every now and then we would do something special, like have breakfast. That is where I got this recipe. One of the ladies brought these and I thought they were the best thing I had ever had.
Needless to say, my kids loved them, too. Especially Dillon. I think this is his favorite breakfast. And it is just the breakfast that a runner needs.
It is so simple to fix. Only three things needed.
- 1 pound sausage
- Velveeta Cheese–the recipe called for a pound, but I only use 6 to 8 ounces. Use more if you really like cheese.
- 1 package plain english muffins.
I am trying something with this batch of muffins. I only cooked two for Dillon this morning. I’m freezing the rest for later. I will let you know how they do.
