Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin

I’m not a “cook” at heart, so I love easy recipes. I love this recipe! It only has four ingredients! Just four!!!

WP_20130905_014 Whatcha Need

  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 2-3 apples (I like granny smith)
  • 3-4 Tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 Tablespoons cinnamon

Putting It All Together

Go to your backyard and get some apples off your tree. If you don’t have apple trees, you can get some from the store.

WP_20130905_001Peel,

WP_20130905_003 and thinly slice the apples. Put the slices right into the crock pot.

WP_20130905_004

Cut slices into the pork loin and put apple slices into the slices of the pork. Just see the picture below.

Put it into the crock pot and drizzle with honey.

WP_20130905_007 Sprinkle on the cinnamon.

WP_20130905_010 Cover and let cook for 6 hours on low.

WP_20130905_012I’ll be if I didn’t delete the beautiful picture I had of this on my plate before I devoured it. It was so good!
