Chicken Casserole

My kids love this chicken casserole. Their grandmother gave me the recipe. It’s just your basic cream of chicken and sour cream mix, but since they like it so much I am sharing it with you. Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2/3 cup water

3-4 cut up chicken breasts

1 stick of butter

1 1/2 packages of Ritz crackers.

How to Make

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a 9×13 baking dish mix soup, sour cream and water.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to soup mixture.

Melt butter in microwave.

Crush Ritz cracker and add to butter. You can use saltine crackers of bread crumbs. We just like the taste of the Ritz best.

Mix together.

Sprinkle over soup and chicken mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Enjoy!!
