To me there is nothing like a good mug of hot chocolate in the cooler weather. Let’s face it…I just love chocolate. I found this recipe last year and fell in love. I think it is so much better than what you can find in the packages. I just have to share it with you! This recipe can easily be divided in half if you feel this is too much for you.
- 10 cups dry milk powder
- 4 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cups non-dairy creamer
How to Make
As you can see here I started off in a bowl. I suggest just sifting the confectioners sugar in a bowl, but after that put everything in a zip-lock bag.
Place all ingredients in a gallon zip-lock bag.
Shake to combined all ingredients until well combined. Makes about 15 cups or 45 servings.
For 1 serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mix in a mug and add 3/4 cups hot water. Stir to dissolve. Add marshmallows or a dash of cinnamon if desired. Snuggle up in a blanket and enjoy!
Let me know what you think! I would love to hear from you!
