Country Christmas Porch

Merry Christmas!!! Welcome to our home! The weather here in Georgia is actually nice enough to visit on the front porch for a spell. Come join me, won’t you?

Country Christmas PorchI’ll tell you all about my Black Friday shopping trip and how much fun I had.

IMG_2429We can enjoy a glass of tea as we listen to the radio and rock the afternoon away.

IMG_2418 I have another pallet and we could make a star or a snowflake.

IMG_2436 I love how it looks at night!

IMG_2430 You probably won’t see Scaredy.  He is a big scaredy cat, hence the name.

IMG_2433 Bring a friend! We have plenty of room for them!

IMG_2431 If we need to, we can pull the Adirondack chairs over too!

IMG_2421 And the bench! We can put them all back when it gets dark and we come in the house.

IMG_2427 I will ask you, “What do you think of the pillows?” You won’t believe what I made them from.

IMG_2311 I would love to see your face when I tell you table clothes and plastic grocery bags. Perfect material for outdoors.

IMG_2424 I’ll be more than happy to tell you how I made these. They were really easy.

IMG_2425 I’ll have to admit that I think this one looks better.

IMG_2422 If you want, we can go to the woods and get a couple of limbs and I’ll get MM to cut them for you. We can get the pine branches, too. We have plenty to share.

IMG_2423 We can get some pine cones and some cedar branches for you to add to a wreath to dress it up.

IMG_2432 After our trip to the woods, we can come back and have another glass of tea and enjoy the sunset. We could even move the chairs to the yard and enjoy a bon fire and the Christmas lights while drinking some hot chocolate.

So, come join me won’t you? I’ll be looking out the window for you!

Until you get here,                                                                                                               Jayne
