I usually follow bloggers, that I enjoy reading, on Facebook. Recently, two of them have started groups. I am loving being apart of these groups for a couple of reasons.
1) I am making some new friends.
2) I am getting some great ideas and
3) I am having to do some things I wouldn’t do without the encouragement.
So which groups are they? Well, just let me show you.
I posted my dressing room and the ideas poured in!
Before I had no idea what I was going to do in there, and now the ideas are flooding my mind. I am so excited to get started on it.
The mirror is going to be framed, it’s getting a paint job, the lighting is getting a makeover, and my favorite idea…a screen door for the closet door.
I agree with the lady that said this was better than Pinterest. (If you can believe that!) It is because you just don’t get the feedback on Pinterest like you do on the forum.
And please excuse the mess!
The second group is The Everyday Home’s 52 Week “Conquer the Clutter” Challenge. It was started by Barbara Garrett of The Everyday Home .
This week we are cleaning out and organizing the fridge and freezer.
I can’t think of 52 things to unclutter and organize, but she has! I’m always excited to see what we will work on next.
I’m spending most of January cleaning out and uncluttering (or is it decluttering?) Depending on how much I get done, I may continue this into February.
I do have something is the works. I’m not sharing just yet. Prayers are very much-needed!
What are you working on during these cold month of January?
Back to cleaning out!
